Rates

High season - April 15th - October 15th: Weekdays (Sun-Thurs) $249 per night. Weekends and Holiday nights (i.e. Valentines, Christmas, Easter, etc) $325 per night.
Low season - October 16th - April 14th: Weekdays (Sun-Thurs) $199 per night. Weekends and Holiday nights (i.e. Valentines, Christmas, Easter, etc) $249 per night.
The above rates are for the entire house!
Cleaning fee $40
Occupancy by two to four adults
Two-night minimum stay; three nights on holiday weekends
50% non-refundable payment (unless re-rented) due upon making the reservation
Balance of 50% payment due 30 days before arrival. At that time the balance becomes non-refundable unless we can re-rent those nights
No pets or children allowed
Smoking outdoors only
Check-in 3 p.m.
Check-out 11 a.m.
